Sarah's little sister Elizabeth arrives in town and does not make a good first impression. She is constantly smoking and tries to be served alcohol by Ruby underage. Once she meets Lucky though, she starts to try to get his attention away from Sarah and onto her. Liz gets a job at Kelly's and even asks him to hang out with her at a dance.
