Dr. Spinelli, known as The Strength Therapist, is not only a physical therapist but a well-regarded strength and conditioning coach as well. A co-owner of Citizen Athletics and E3 rehab, Dr. Spinelli has trained professional and Olympic sport athletes in football, hockey, powerlifting, weightlifting, bobsleigh, and even ballet. Dr. Spinelli believes in bringing his clients and patients the utmost care to help them reach their goals, come back from injury, and stay healthy.
