The Journalist’s Paradox - In this episode of ‘Run The Business,’  Ant talks to the head of BBC Newsgathering - the world's largest broadcast news gathering operation.

Jonathan Munro was previously at ITN for 26 years and has covered huge global events, including the Balkans war, both Gulf wars and the Beijing and London Olympics. 

This conversation looks at why Jonathan took up running to deal with the trauma of losing colleagues in the second Gulf War 20 years ago. Since then he has taken on the London Marathon 10 times, often raising money for the British Red Cross. Ant and Jonathan also discuss how running helps him to cope with the busy and often stressful job.
