Today’s episode is something a little special. It’s a pregnancy meditation—created by request from my brilliant producer Sian, who’s currently growing her own little human (congrats, Sian! 💛).
This practice is split into two parts:
🔹 Part one uses gentle, diaphragmatic breathwork to calm the nervous system and bring you into your body.
🔹 Part two is a visualization to help you let go of stress and reconnect with the magic of what’s unfolding.
This is for the days when you need a hand to slow down. When you’re feeling disconnected, anxious, or overwhelmed. Or when you just want to take a moment to remember: your body knows what to do.
