in this episode I am introducing the 3 steps that I went through on the way to a more mindful life experience. 

This is important to me as mindfulness means you can bring space between a trigger and your reaction. You will be kinder and more empathic with a mindful approach which can also have a positive effect on your complete social environment, mental and physical health. 

I will give you very practical steps that are easy to apply so you can start tomorrow with your journey.
