Listen on

Episode notes

Co-hosts Alex and Burton DeWitt kick off another busy show by looking ahead to the PDC Summer Series, discussing the PDC's rankings update last week, and pick out players who could climb into qualifying spots for the World Matchplay. PDC tournament director Graham Fairhurst (08:54) then calls in to provide some insight into the PDC tour's return next week after four months off, as well as his long association with darts' leading organisation since its inception in 1992. Next, Alex and Burton turn their attention to the BDO and the impending liquidation of BDO Enterprises Ltd (26:13) and if this is the end for the longest-active majors in darts. Richard Ashdown (32:53) returns to the show to talk Remote Darts League, the one-year anniversary of his resignation from the BDO, future plans for the WDF, and his appearance on the renewal episode of Bullseye on ITV which airs this weekend. Finally, Alex and Burton delve into listener questions (50:38), including their thoughts on the recent MAD launch, and if we will see more Players Championship events this summer. Enjoy!
